Norton Rose Fulbright is expanding its Beijing practice with the arrival of corporate partner Jerry Li, who joins from Hunton Andrews Kurth.
Li has 20 years of China outbound experience and has been involved in numerous projects and transactions in the energy and infrastructure sectors. He regularly advises energy, oil and gas, power, renewable and infrastructure companies as well as financial institutions on corporate, M&A, joint venture, trading, project financing, credit facility, regulatory and compliance matters.
