Nishimura & Asahi has hired a banking and finance partner, Adrian Joyce, as the foreign law head of project finance and asset finance in the firm’s Tokyo office.
Joyce joined from Norton Rose Fulbright, where he was a partner in the banking and finance group in Tokyo for 11 years.
