DSK Legal gains tax partner
DSK Legal has hired Nand Kumar as a partner to work in the firm’s litigation and tax practices in Mumbai. Kumar joins from HSA Advocates and brings along a team of six associates.
Kumar has experience in the areas of direct and indirect tax, while his experience in dispute resolution includes employment law, arbitration, and white-collar crime cases. He has advised on tax-related issues in sectors such as manufacturing, infrastructure, power, oil and gas, chemicals and pharmaceuticals.
Kumar began his career with L&L Partners when it was known as Luthra &
Luthra Law Offices and went onto work with Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan and BMR Advisors.

IndusLaw has inducted Rahul Goel and Anu Monga as partners in its competition, trade and technology, media & telecommunication (TMT) practice in the New Delhi office. Both of them join from Cyril Amarchand Mangladas. Goel focuses on competition and TMT law, while Monga focuses on competition, international trade and TMT law.
