Three associates at Mumbai-based Mulla & Mulla & Craigie Blunt & Caroe will have plenty to celebrate this New Year’s Eve. Rashna Khan, Homiar Nariman Vakil and Bhavesh Panjuani will all be inducted to the firm’s partnership on 1 January.
Khan specializes in corporate and commercial litigation and direct and indirect tax work. Vakil specializes in real estate and trust matters and civil and criminal litigation. Also a litigation specialist, but with a special focus on commercial, domestic, international and ad-hoc institutional arbitrations, Panjuani has advised clients on construction contracts including negotiations and documentation. His transactional work includes handling aspects of the Bandra-Worli Sea Link project in Mumbai and the development and relocation of Bombay Mill lands.
