Job Description
An international law firm is urgently looking to add a mid-senior level US securities lawyer in its Hong Kong office. In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain exposure to both ECM and DCM transactions across Asia Pacific. Very attractive remuneration on offer. Ref: ABLJ9104
Requirements
Ideally, you need to have a US JD/LLM from a top US law school and have a US qualification, you also need to have gained at least 3 years’ prior experience from a leading law firm. Native Mandarin and fluent English skills are essential.
