Exciting mid-level M&A / PE associate opportunity with a top US law firm to be based in Shanghai / Beijing. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on high quality M&A / PE transactions which cover a variety of industries including life sciences, healthcare and TMT. Requirements
Ideally, you need to be a US JD or LLM and qualified in the US, and need to have 3-6 years’ prior experience gained from an international law firm. Native Mandarin and fluent English is essential.
