An international law firm is urgently looking for a mid-level corporate associate in Hong Kong. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a mix of M&A and US IPO matters. Ideal candidates should have a US qualification with a US LL.M / JD from a top US law school. Excellent opportunity for IPO lawyers who want to gain M&A exposure with leading partner in the field.
