Job Description
A top US law firm is urgently looking to add a middle level US M&A associate in its Shanghai or Beijing offices. The role offers great opportunity on cross-border M&A transaction and financing work and you will work closely with its US office and gain international exposure. Ref: ABLJ8750
Requirements
Successful candidates must be admitted in the US and have solid experience to lead transactions, experience in PE/VC matters will be a big bonus. Business level English and Mandarin is essential.
