Job Description
Great opportunity for a mid-level corporate lawyer to work for a top US law firm in its Beijing or Hong Kong office. The role will offer the opportunity to work on a wide range of commercial and corporate transactions globally, including M&A, PE/VC, JV and projects. ABLJ8066
Requirements
Successful candidates need to be trained at a leading PRC or an international law firm with at least 4 years’ experience, and should have a qualification in the PRC or other oversea jurisdictions. Well-known partner in the field to work with and fluency in both English and Mandarin is essential.
