Job Description
This White-Shoe law firm is seeking a bright mid-level transactional lawyer to join their thriving Chinese M&A team in Beijing or Shanghai.
Requirements
Preferred candidates are those who have M&A, PE, and VC experience in either top-tier Chinese and US law firms. Hands-on knowledge of life sciences and/or TMT transactions is highly desirable. Strong drafting skills are necessary, as well as fluent English and Mandarin. Competitive salary and relocation package are on offer. REF: 16094/VTA
