J Sagar Associates has hired ex-Mayer Brown lawyer Pallavi Bedi as a retained partner.
Bedi is a banking, finance and projects lawyer who focuses on transactions in oil and gas, mining, renewable energy and project financing. She has also been involved with airport and urban infrastructure projects.
Bedi has advised on liquefied natural gas (LNG) projects, LNG sale and purchase agreements, mining projects, mining agreements and off-take agreements, and upstream developments including production-sharing contracts and joint operating agreements. She has also guided domestic and international borrowers and lenders on project finance deals.
