Job Description
An exciting M&A / PE opportunity with an international law firm in Beijing. In this role, you will work with leading partners in the field and gain cross-border M&A / PE transactions exposure which covers a variety of industries. Ideally, you need to have obtained 2-3 years’ prior M&A / PE experience from a leading law firm. Ref: ABLJ9070
Requirements
Candidates who are qualified in PRC or other overseas jurisdictions will all be considered. Native Mandarin and fluent English is required.
