Job Description
If you are an experienced M&A lawyer, this is an exciting opportunity to join a multi-jurisdictional, collaborative team at an international firm where you will benefit from opportunities to expand and diversify your client base and transactional experience. Complex M&A transactions, both public and private, for Hong Kong, mainland Chinese, US, and European clients are core activities.
Requirements
Our client is looking for a senior PRC-qualified corporate lawyer with high-level of M&A knowledge, practical business experience and a relationship-building mentality to drive their team forward. A good team player with a proven business development experience and aptitude in client generation will thrive here. Fluent Mandarin and English language skills are mandatory. REF: 16232/VTA
