Job Description
Are you a senior M&A lawyer already with strong experience in private equity? Our client, an international law firm with a global network and strong China connections, is now looking for a driven, experienced partner-level candidate who is keen to drive the practice made up of multi-disciplinary and profitable team-playing professionals.
Requirements
You must have a proven track record in M&A transactions and a private equity client base constructed from substantial business development activity. Fluent Mandarin and English skills are mandatory, as is Hong Kong legal admittance. REF: 16230/VTA
