Job Description
Our client is a well-known name in the tech and IT space. They are currently looking to add a legal counsel to the team to work closely with the General Counsel on M&A transactions. Excellent experience in transactional work is required, although relevant industry experience is not, and candidates from strong private practice teams are welcome to apply.
