Akhil Anand, a litigation lawyer, has re-joined Luthra & Luthra’s litigation practice as a partner.
Anand’s clients have included WhatsApp and Facebook, which he represented before Delhi High Court and the Supreme Court. He was a partner at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas and before that head of the litigation practice at Poovayya & Co’s Delhi office. He began his career as an associate at Luthra & Luthra.
