L&L Partners (which until 4 August was known as Luthra & Luthra) is stepping up its recruitment strategy to keep up with a greater workload, a senior partner said as the firm hired its second partner this year.

Senior partner Mohit Saraf told India Business Law Journal that the firm had seen an increasing amount of work come in, as highlighted by the recent hiring of partner Jay Parikh, who was formerly with Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co (SAM).
