Job Description
This opportunity is ideal for an experienced and driven lawyer who excels in a fast-paced environment. This NASDAQ-listed multinational company is seeking an experienced and driven lawyer to take on the Legal Director in their Beijing or Hong Kong office. You will oversee and support the listing compliance function with current focus on SEC Compliance matters.
Requirements
You must have significant legal experience in US listing compliance work. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required. REF: 16175/VTA
