Job Description
An international investment bank is looking to add a new lawyer to its retail funds team. Ideally those with experience in the following: SFC authorized funds, ETFs, UCITs, hedge funds, FoF funds, QDII funds, RQFII funds etc. You will also be assisting in related matters of the negotiation of IMAs, supporting various business units, including the asset management team.
