Job Description
Our client is a world-renowned real estate fund and operator with projects ongoing across China and seeking a Shanghai-based Legal Counsel to join its China team to support their rapidly growing and evolving businesses. You will provide legal support to the business on logistic properties investment projects and advise on everything from negotiations, due diligence, financing arrangements, and deal closing issues.
Requirements
The successful candidate will be PRC qualified and will likely have at least 6 years’ PQE of managing M&A, financing, construction, and leasing transactions from either an in-house or practice environment. Excellent working knowledge of the regulatory framework relating to real estate and/or investment management is highly desirable. You must have fluent English and Mandarin for the role.
