Job Description
An excellent opportunity for an experienced corporate associate looking to transit in-house or an in-house lawyer with similar deal transaction experience to join a long-established transport infrastructure investor in Hong Kong. Our client is looking for a Legal Counsel with strong drafting, vetting, and negotiation skills. You will provide legal and compliance support to senior management and stakeholders on all investment transactions, including funds, private equity, and venture capital.
Job Requirements
- You will be a Common Law qualified lawyer with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE of handling investment deals, preferably gained from private practice or an asset management firm or similar inhouse role.
- Additional experience with Hong Kong listing/compliance rules and familiarity with funds from offshore jurisdictions will be highly regarded.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese skills are preferred REF: 16778/VTA
