A Hong Kong based U.S international executive search company is looking to add a lawyer to its ranks, you will report into the AGC on the ground in Hong Kong. Advising the company in connection with a variety of contractual matters, such as client engagement letters, non-disclosure agreements, employment contracts and other commercial agreements. ABLJ8682
Requirements
Reviewing commercial contracts and managing negotiation processes as needed. This is an excellent stable role, offering work life-balance. English and Chinese skills preferred.
