Job Description
Excellent opportunity for an experienced lawyer/in-house counsel to have a career development at this Fortune 500 company in Shanghai. Our client, a world-renowned healthcare company, is seeking a Legal Counsel to join its Shanghai office to cover the expanding business in China. You will be responsible for providing legal advice on commercial operations, M&A projects, and employment matters.
Requirements
You must be PRC qualified with over 4 years’ PQE, preferably gained in healthcare companies and law firms. Experience in top-tier PRC/ International law firms is a must. You must have fluent written and oral English and Mandarin for the role. REF: 16181/VTA
