Job Description
Global bank seeks lawyer with experience in Equities/ Derivatives and/or Funds for its legal team in Hong Kong. The ideal person will have at least 2 years of experience in the APAC region and have been trained at a top tier firm. Chinese language skills are essential. ABLJ8574
Requirements
In this role you will cover a mix of transactional and regulatory work with an emphasis on risk and control governance, equity derivatives, cross-asset structured products distribution, fund-linked work including fund linked derivatives, private placement and retail funds.
