Job Description
Our client, a digital startup backed by a conglomerate group, is expanding its legal team by recruiting an experienced in-house Legal Counsel. You will report directly to the CEO and work under the guidance of its Group General Counsel. As the company’s sole Legal Counsel, you will primarily be responsible for all related legal matters involving their new digital ventures.
Requirements
To be considered, you must be legally qualified with at least 8 years’ experience in the finance or fintech sector, and a bonus if you have experience in the technology industry, ideally with cloud or electronic payments companies. Hands-on knowledge of data privacy, commercial law, joint ventures, and intellectual property is essential. Fluency in written and oral English is mandatory; Chinese language skills would be an advantage. REF: 16531/VTA
