Job Description

Our client, a renowned international law firm, is seeking an experienced corporate lawyer to join their top-tier China corporate team based in Beijing. You will be providing legal advice on a broad range of corporate matters and managing corporate transactions.
Job Requirements
- You must be a qualified lawyer with at least 4 years’ PQE in corporate, M&A, ECM, IPO, corporate finance, PE, and compliance matters.
- Candidates with commercial acumen, team spirit, excellent communication and drafting skills should apply.
- Fluency in written and oral English and Mandarin is mandatory. REF: 16850/VTA
