Job Description
A rare opportunity for a legal associate/paralegal to join the legal and compliance team of one of the world’s biggest investment firms in Hong Kong. As the Legal Associate, you will report to the US-based Legal Director and support the legal and compliance team on a full range of corporate legal and company secretarial tasks, including KYC process, regulatory filings, deal signings coordination, agreement review, etc.
Job Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree plus strong investment and/or financial services experience.
- A good team player with excellent problem-solving, project management, and multitasking skills is sought.
- AML experience is highly desirable but not essential. Fluency in written and verbal English skills is mandatory. REF: 16782/VTA
