Legal and business minds met at Think Manage Lead, a conference in Mumbai hosted by Legal League Consulting to discuss the convergence of business and law. Over 150 people attended the event, held on 7 November, including in-house counsel, members of corporate law firms, CEOs and business owners.
Central themes of dialogue and debate included the need for lawyers to demonstrate greater business acumen, cultural impediments to investing overseas, navigating laws outside India, selecting the right legal adviser, ethical lobbying, and managing corporate risk and reputation.
