Ogier’s Hong Kong office provides BVI, Cayman, Guernsey and Jersey legal services to clients in the Asian time zone, working together with our Shanghai and Tokyo client services offices.

Ogier focuses on international finance and corporate law with a particular emphasis on investment funds, private equity, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and finance. We also have a private wealth practice, which advises high net worth individuals and families throughout Asia, as well as a dispute resolution practice providing contentious and non-contentious restructuring and corporate recovery legal services.
