Our China practice began in 1979, and work includes joint ventures, M&A, project financing, A and H-share listing, regulatory and compliance, trademark and patent registration, attestation and notarisation, arbitration and dispute resolution.

In providing cross-border and international services, we have China-Appointed Attesting Officers and Notaries Public in our firm. We also have lawyers and colleagues with PRC legal qualifications. All of our lawyers are conversant in both Chinese and English languages, and are able to provide quality Chinese/English bilingual services in an accurate and cost-effective manner.
