Boss & Young has been involved in several major projects in 2020. Lu Guofei, a partner of the firm, provided legal services for the renovation project of Shanghai’s famous historical buildings, the building of Shanghai Municipal Council in international settlement and the Shanghai Municipal Council building. The project was jointly undertaken by the Shanghai and district governments and was implemented by Shanghai Bund Old Building Investment and Development Company, a joint venture between Shanghai Land Group and Huangpu District Government’s Bund Investment Group.
