Thai law firm Kudun & Partners represented a Thai beverage company Ichitan Group in acquiring newly issued ordinary shares of data intelligence service provider Predictive for a total value of THB122.6 million (USD3.3 million).
The team was led by partner Kudun Sukhumananda, with the help of senior associate Thitawan Thanasombatpaisarn and associates Chuenkamol Viriya and Nichapat Anantaseriwittaya.
The acquisition is part of the company’s bold move into the digital world to support its core businesses, beverages and digital data services. After acquiring Predictive, Ichitan Group will have its own first-party data collection strategy and target to have its digital data services business listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand in three years.
