Job Description
Our client, an international law firm with a strong presence in the region, is currently seeking an experienced Knowledge Lawyer to support their expanding transactional practice in Hong Kong. You will manage and execute legal content projects, training, and knowledge initiatives for the M&A group, working to develop more practical services for their clients.
Requirements
Ideally, you are a mid to senior-level M&A lawyer with substantial experience in private and public M&A transactions. Candidates with experience in working with senior counterparts on strategy and execution as well as document automation or other legal tech projects are preferred. Excellent multicultural communication and language skills are required; Trilingual (English, Mandarin, and Cantonese) capability is highly desirable. REF: 16533/VTA
