After spending some time looking for a head of its pharma and life sciences practice, Jidesh Kumar, the managing partner at King Stubb & Kasiva, gave the job to the man tasked to find the right person.
The firm appointed Sanjay Kumar as a partner and head of the practice in its Mumbai office. He was previously associate vice president and head of legal at Emcure Pharmaceuticals.
