Stealing a significant part of Mumbai firm Mulla & Mulla & Craigie Blunt & Caroe’s legacy, Kelley Drye & Warren recently announced the appointment of Maneck Mulla as special India counsel.
Mulla, who has joined Kelley Drye’s India affiliate, Wakhariya & Wakhariya, has extensive experience in real estate, corporate and commercial transactions, IPOs and commercial litigation. His appointment will significantly boost the US firm’s capabilities in India.
