JunHe hired Sophie Chen, a seasoned lawyer with over 25 years of practice, to strengthen its business in cross-border capital markets practice. Chen is qualified to practice law in mainland China, Hong Kong, and Australia, specialising in corporate M&A and dispute resolution. She had worked in Beijing No.2 Intermediate People’s Court as an assistant judge. Prior to joining JunHe, she served as a partner at Australian law firms Gilbert + Tobin and MinterEllison.
