Singapore-based M&A and regulation specialist Jonathan Goacher has moved from Hill Dickinson, where he was a partner for almost three years, to join Stephenson Harwood as a partner.
Goacher advises clients on a broad spectrum of regulatory and corporate matters, including data privacy, US and other trade sanctions, anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws, compliance, licensing, capital and solvency requirements, and regulatory consents across the Asia-Pacific.
He has spent more than 20 years assisting clients on various matters in China, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, the Philippines, Vietnam, Japan, South Korea and Taiwan.
