Jia Yuan expands HK branch

Jia Yuan has added capital market partner Benjamin Wang to its Hong Kong office. Wang joined from the Hong Kong branch of Zhong Lun Law Firm, where he was a counsel. He also previously worked in Morrison & Foerster and Davis Polk.

Wang’s practice is focused on listings and public offerings, financing, M&A and private equity. He has advised on multiple Hong Kong IPOs and bond issuances for Chinese companies, and is admitted to practise in Hong Kong and New York.
