Ropes & Gray announced that Lum Chune Loong has rejoined the firm’s private investment funds practice as counsel in Hong Kong.
Lum represents Asia and China-focused fund sponsors in the formation, structuring and operation of private equity funds, as well as sovereign investors and institutional investors in their fund commitments and transactions.
His experience includes counselling fund sponsors, investment advisers and asset managers in the structure, launch, capitalization and ongoing operations of private investment funds, including buyout funds, venture capital funds, joint venture funds, credit funds, evergreen funds and auxiliary funds.
