Indian e-commerce company Infibeam has filed a draft red herring prospectus for its proposed ₹4.5 billion (US$70 million) initial public offering. The IPO would be the first public listing in India by an e-commerce company, and is being managed by SBI Capital Market, ICICI Securities, Kotak Mahindra Capital Company, and Elara Capital (India).
