Introduction

Deepak Nambiar is a partner in Kelley Drye’s New York office and the chairman of the firm’s India practice group. His practice focuses on a wide range of complex corporate and commercial transactions.

As part of his corporate practice, Deepak has worked on mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, where he has represented both buyers and sellers of stock as well as assets in transactions that account for billions of dollars. He has also represented prominent US and foreign corporations on complex technology and outsourcing transactions. He routinely advises clients on cross-border matters involving the US and India.
