Introduction

Shruti is the founding and managing partner of Sagus Legal, considered among Asia’s 30 fastest growing law firms in 2021. Shruti has nearly 14 years of experience in mergers & acquisitions, private equity, banking & finance, complex transaction structuring, regulatory advisory, restructuring & insolvency and commercial disputes resolution.

Shruti graduated from NLS, Bengaluru, and started her career with S&R Associates. Subsequently, she was a partner in the corporate transactions team at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co.

She serves as an independent director on the boards of Shalimar Paints, Nalwa Sons Investments and Jindal Stainless Steelway.
