Introduction

Debanjan Mandal is the managing partner at Fox & Mandal, a premier multidisciplinary law firm in Kolkata established in 1896. He enrolled as an advocate in 1999 and became the youngest partner of Fox & Mandal at the age of 30 in 2004.

He heads a team of more than 20 advocates, both in litigation and non-litigation practice. His areas of practice include alternative dispute resolution, banking, M&A, commercial, commercial litigation, also companies, constitutional, contract, family, and land laws to name a few. He is an independent director of a number of companies both listed and unlisted in sectors including manufacturing, retail, hospitality, and services.
