He regularly represents and assists clients before the Supreme Court of India, CBI courts, various ministries and departments of the federal government, including the DIPP, Department of Economic Affairs, Road Transport Highways, Shipping, Commerce and Industries, Fertilizers and Chemicals, Environment, Defence, Renewable Energy, Power, Coal, Mining, MEITY and DoC, DRI, various state governments including Haryana, Telangana, Delhi, West Bengal, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Mizoram, regulators including the RBI, SEBI, DGCA, SFIO, FSSAI, TRAI, and various law enforcement agencies across the country.
Suhaan regularly advises the government at federal and state level on policy and legislative reform, serving on a number of government and industry committees, and regularly appearing as an expert witness before parliamentary standing committees.
