Introduction

Amit Prakash is a founder and co-managing partner at Imperial Law Offices, a multidisciplinary law firm founded in 2021. Amit has nearly 14 years of post-qualification experience in banking and structured finance, project finance, insolvency and restructuring, energy and infrastructure, and real estate domains.

His areas of expertise include advising domestic and international banks, financial institutions and corporates on lending for airports, roads, power and other infrastructure projects, structured financing transactions, debt assignments, and real estate financing. He also advises banks/financial institutions on the reconstruction of financial assets by various modes of disposal under applicable laws.
