Job Description
– Advising in relation to the restructuring/resolution/liquidation process under the I&B Code, 2016, RBI guidelines, and other relevant laws.
– Advice on International Banking mandates pertaining to External Commercial Borrowings, ODI Transactions, Inter-Bank Lending (onshore and offshore), Corporate/Consortium Lending, Project Finance, Structured Finance involving Banks and NBFCs, Assignment of Debts, Private Placement of listed/unlisted/secured debentures
Requirements
* LLB from premium law colleges with 2-6 years post qualification experience
* Banking Finance experience with exposure towards IBC required
