HSA boosts disputes practice in Delhi

The former head of claims management at Sterlite Power Grid Ventures said he returned to work as a disputes partner as it was a part of his DNA.

“My strong disputes and private practice DNA led me to re-evaluate my direction,” says Apoorva Misra, who joins HSA Advocates in its New Delhi office as a partner.

“I came to the inescapable conclusion that I was more suited to an environment that allowed me the intellectual and entrepreneurial freedom to conduct legal practice,” he said.

In addition to Misra, HSA also hired Shreshth Sharma and Nitish Gupta as associate partners in the firm’s regulatory and policy and disputes practice. Sharma joins from Jindal Steel & Power, while Gupta joins from DSK Legal.
