Madhumita Kothari has joined HSA Advocates as a partner in the firm’s dispute resolution practice in New Delhi. Kothari has worked both in-house as well as with law firms, and she has almost 23 years of experience in dispute resolution and arbitration.

In addition to advising clients on a variety of commercial and family disputes, she has built a specialisation across sectors including shipping, aviation, infrastructure, retail, and insurance. Kothari represented clients as an arguing counsel before the Supreme Court, various high courts and other judicial bodies.
She joins HSA from the Chamber of Salman Khurshid where she was a managing partner. Khurshid is a former external affairs minister. Kothari has studied law in India, the UK and Germany.
