Job Description
A leading Chinese law firm is actively looking to add a Hong Kong IPO associate in its Beijing office. This is an exciting role for you to gain regional exposure and work with leading partners in its both Beijing and Hong Kong offices. Ideally, you need to have gained 2-3 years’ HK IPO (HK side) and listing compliance experience from an international or a leading PRC law firm. Native Mandarin and fluent English is essential.
