Holman Fenwick Willan (HFW) expands its dispute resolution strength with partner Kevin Warburton in Hong Kong, who joined from Tanner De Witt where he was a partner and head of arbitration for two years in the city.
Warburton’s practice spans international arbitration and commercial litigation, having advised a range of international clients, from private and listed companies, financial institutions and high net-worth individuals to multinational organisations.
In addition to his experience in arbitration proceedings in major international arbitral institutions, Warburton is also experienced in regulatory and internal investigations, and data privacy and cybersecurity matters. He is qualified in Hong Kong, the British Virgin Islands and English law, and can advise on litigation matters in these jurisdictions.
